Numa on your phone

Numa has always lived on your Mac. Now it can reach you on your phone when you are not at the desk.

Sign in to the mobile companion with the same account as your desktop. When Numa has a scheduled window coming up, is working through a queue, hits a snag, or needs you for a step it cannot finish alone, your phone gets a plain push — not a flood of noise, just the line that matters.

Each notification is composed from what Numa actually knows: how many tasks are queued, which window is starting, what task it is on right now, whether your Mac's battery can finish the run. Critical ones — a 2FA prompt, a dying battery, a missed window — break through with sound. The rest stay quiet.

What you might see

• Numa starts in 10 minutes — "12 tasks queued for the 2:00pm window."
• Numa is working — "Started the 2:00pm window, 12 tasks."
• 3 of 12 tasks done — "Currently on 'Inbox cleanup'."
• Battery getting low — "25% left, roughly 8 tasks remaining…"
• 7 of 12 tasks done — "Currently on 'Invoice export'."
• Numa needs you — "Task 'Bank export' hit a 2FA prompt…"
• Charge your Mac now — "15% left. Numa hard-stops at 8%…"
• Task failed — "'Newsletter draft' stopped: Gmail wouldn't load."
• Numa stopped — battery at 8% — "Finished the current step safely and saved 4 remaining tasks."
• Session complete — "10 done, 2 failed."

How to get it

• Install the mobile companion on iOS (Android follows).
• Sign in with your Numa account — the same one your Mac uses.
• Allow notifications when prompted. That is the whole setup.

You do not need to watch the notch to know what Numa is doing. You only need to be reachable when it actually needs you.
